The event sponsored by the “Sandji Community Development Corp.” for a Benefit Fundraising Dinner Gala was held at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Newark, NJ on Saturday November 19th, 2011. It was for a good cause and a very positive event.

There were lots of delicious African foods, music and fashion. The beautiful ladies of the Miss Africa Tri State also thrilled the audience to a fashion show displaying African culture via African wears.

There was silent auctioning of African masks and items. The goal of the night of raising funds to complete the orphanage schools in Ivory Coast and other parts of Africa were achieved.

Miss Africa Tri State 2nd Runner Up; Ms. Johnson & Miss Africa Tri State ( Miss Ivory Coast / Miss Photogenic 2011) Ms. Bamba represented Miss Africa Tri State at the Sandji CDC Benefit Gala.
